Voice Discovery Lab Payment & Refund Policy

Tuition

$500 total for the full 6-week (12-hour) series.

Payment

Deposit — $50

  • Due at registration to secure your spot in this limited-enrollment group.

  • Pay your deposit online via Stripe (credit card or Apple Pay). The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it holds your place in the cohort.

Remaining Balance — $450

  • Due by Wednesday, September 16th (one week before the first session).

  • Payable via Venmo (@tylerhathawayvoice), Zelle (tyler.hathaway1@gmail.com) or Stripe (credit card or Apple Pay).

  • Spots not paid in full by this date may be released to make room for others interested in the class.

Refunds

Refunds — If You Need to Cancel

  • More than 7 days before the start date (before 9/16): Your $450 balance is fully refundable. The $50 deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Within 7 days of the start date, or after the series has begun: Payments are non-refundable. If you need to withdraw once the class has started, please reach out — a credit toward a future cohort may be available at my discretion, though cash refunds aren't offered once the series is underway.

Refunds — If I Need to Cancel

  • If the Lab is cancelled by me before the series begins, for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of everything you've paid — deposit included.

  • If one or more individual sessions are cancelled after the series has started, you'll be refunded the pro-rated amount for the missed session(s) (e.g., 1 of 6 sessions cancelled = 1/6 of $500 = $83.33 refunded).

Processing Fees

Stripe as a payment processor may retain a small transaction fee on the original payment, even when a refund is issued. When a refund is due to a cancellation on my end, I absorb this cost — you'll receive the full amount you paid back, with no fees deducted.
